Tasting Series
We are trying a slightly different format for our next tasting event. The tasting will be more intimate and more of a casual conversation with Pops Wine Director Michael Seward. Seats are limited to a total of 10 guests due to the exclusive nature of the wines we are presenting. Retail sales will be extremely limited as well.
Fred Savart is a force to be reckoned with.. Fred is first and foremost a farmer but right behind that he is a bonafide wine geek. Constantly evolving, Fred is making almost a dozen wines from just 4 hectares. In his own words, his winery is "a laboratory of terroirs and a creator of cuvées." Savart only produces roughly 2500 cases per year.
